This Privacy & Data Protection Policy explains how Welligo collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the Platform. It forms part of your agreement with Welligo and must be read with the Terms & Conditions and the Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy. The English version shall be the governing and legally binding version; any Hindi summary or translation is for convenience only.

Welligo may collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, account details, order history, limited payment-related details, device and technical data, usage data and communications made through the Platform or support channels, to the extent necessary for service, support, compliance and security.
How We Use Data
Your data may be used to create and manage your account, process and deliver orders, send updates, handle support and grievances, improve the Platform, maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
Sharing, Security and Retention
Welligo may share data, to the minimum extent necessary, with payment partners, banks, UPI providers, logistics partners, communication service providers, analytics and security vendors, professional advisers and lawful authorities. Welligo does not sell personal data for monetary consideration. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data, but no platform can guarantee complete security. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.
User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to certain personal data, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, withdrawal of consent where legally applicable, and grievance redressal through the Grievance Officer. Identity verification may be required before acting on such requests.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and ordinarily resolved within 30 days. This Policy is governed by Indian law, and disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, India. Welligo may update this Policy from time to time, and continued use of the Platform after an update shall be treated as acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
