This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are delivered through the Platform. It forms part of your agreement with Welligo and must be read with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy & Data Protection Policy and Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy. The English version shall be the governing and legally binding version; any Hindi summary or translation is for convenience only.
1. Delivery Area and Timelines
Welligo delivers only to serviceable locations shown on the Platform at the time of ordering. Delivery dates, time slots and modes shown on the Platform are indicative only and may change due to traffic, weather, local restrictions, operational issues or other reasons beyond Welligo’s reasonable control.
2. Charges and Customer Responsibility
Any applicable delivery, shipping, handling, packaging, slot or similar charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact details and any necessary access instructions for successful delivery.
3. Failed Delivery and Non-Delivery
If you or your authorised representative are unavailable, or if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, denied access or similar reasons, the order may be re-attempted, delayed, cancelled or returned, subject to operational feasibility and the Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy. Welligo may also cancel or refuse delivery, in whole or in part, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, non-serviceability, suspected misuse, fraud or legal compliance requirements.
4. Risk, Inspection and Complaints
Risk and title in the products pass to you upon delivery at the address provided in the order, against proof of delivery, including OTP, signature or photo confirmation, where applicable. You should check the package at delivery and report any visible damage, shortage or wrong item at the time of delivery or within the timeline specified on the Platform, along with supporting details or photographs where required.
5. Grievance, Law and Updates

Welligo may update this Policy from time to time, and continued use of the Platform after such update shall be treated as acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law
