This Policy explains the rules for cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, shipping and delivery-related issues on the Welligo Platform. It forms part of your agreement with Welligo and must be read with the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy & Data Protection Policy. The English version shall be the governing and legally binding version; any Hindi summary or translation is for convenience only.
Scope
This Policy applies to purchases made through the Welligo website or app within operational service areas and is subject to applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before packing or dispatch, subject to operational feasibility. Welligo may cancel an order, wholly or partly, due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, logistical constraints, suspected fraud, misuse or legal compliance requirements, in which case the eligible amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded in accordance with this Policy. Welligo will not charge customers for cancellation after confirmation unless similar charges are also borne by Welligo where it cancels the order unilaterally, subject to applicable law.
Returns and Replacements
Eligibility for return or replacement depends on product category, condition and the time when the issue is reported. Perishable items are generally eligible only at delivery if visibly damaged, spoiled or incorrect. Eligible packaged or non-perishable items may be returned or replaced if damaged, defective, expired or materially different from the order, subject to verification and applicable timelines. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety or regulatory reasons, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are indicative only and may change due to traffic, weather, local restrictions or operational conditions beyond Welligo’s reasonable control. Customers must provide correct delivery details and ensure availability to receive the order. Risk and title in the products pass upon delivery at the address provided in the order, against proof of delivery. Visible damage, shortage or wrong item should be reported at delivery or within the short timeline specified on the Platform, along with supporting details or photographs where requested.
Refunds, Charges and Abuse Prevention
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where technically feasible, or as Platform credits, and will be initiated within a reasonable time after approval, subject to banking, wallet, UPI or gateway timelines. Where only part of an order is cancelled or returned, the refund will be limited to the relevant portion of the order value, including applicable taxes and eligible shipping charges.
Shipping charges, handling charges, delivery fees, minimum order values and similar charges will be shown on the Platform at the time of ordering and may vary by order size, location, slot or promotion. Welligo may refuse returns, refunds or replacements, or restrict accounts, where it reasonably believes that this Policy is being misused or abused, subject always to applicable law and statutory consumer rights.
Consumer Rights, Grievance and Law
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable consumer right available under applicable Indian law.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and ordinarily resolved within 30 days. This Policy is governed by Indian law, and disputes arising out of it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, India. Welligo may update this Policy at any time, subject to applicable law, and continued use of the Platform after an update shall be treated as acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
